Keep More of What You Make

Working Wealthy
Tax Advantage

You're making real money. The question is how much of it you actually keep.

We call it your Status Quo Tax.

The Real Problem

Your CPA isn't failing you. Nobody hired anyone to plan.

Tax filing and tax strategy are two different jobs. Your CPA owns the first one. Almost nobody owns the second.

Here's what that gap looks like in practice:

  • You find out what you owed in April. Nobody warned you in October.
  • Your entity structure hasn't been reviewed in years. It's "fine" because no one has checked.
  • Every advisor touches one piece - CPA, wealth manager, bookkeeper, CFO - nobody connects them.
  • Big decisions happen without a tax model. Deals, distributions, real estate, investments.
  • You write six-figure checks to the IRS every year that are larger than they need to be.

You aren't the issue - the way your financial system is built is.

Working Wealthy Tax Advantage fills it.

What It Actually Costs to Do Nothing

The Status Quo Tax isn't abstract. It has a number.

Most seven-figure founders we work with are overpaying the IRS by $50,000 to $250,000+ per year - not through anything illegal, but through structures that haven't been optimized, strategies that haven't been implemented, and decisions that got made without a tax model underneath them.

That's not one bad year. That's every year you run without a proactive plan.

And here's what makes it worse: it's not just what you overpay. It's what that money would have become if you'd kept it and deployed it.

What $352,800 in Tax Savings Becomes

A real client. Three years. Numbers net of all strategy costs.

Seven-figure founder. Multiple income streams. No name for privacy, just the math.

Tax Owed: Before vs. After

2023 2024 2025 3-Year Total
Tax Owed (Before) $481,716 $563,742 $375,442 $1,420,900
Tax Owed (After) $291,956 $263,957 $297,562 $853,475
Net Tax Savings $108,260 $166,660 $77,880 $352,800
Effective Rate (Before) 33.9% 34.3% 33.1% 33.9% avg
Effective Rate (After) 20.5% 16.1% 26.2% 20.3% avg

Net figures shown after all strategy costs.

Now here's what that $352,800 becomes if invested at 8%:

$352,800 Compounded at 8%

Year 5
$518,379
Year 10
$761,669
Year 20
$1,644,386
Year 30
$3,550,105

Most founders treat tax savings as money they didn't lose.

Working Wealthy founders treat every saved dollar like it owes them a return.

How It Works

Four stages. A few weeks to your first plan. A long-term relationship after that.

It starts with a plan and becomes an ongoing partnership as your income and structure evolve.

Stage 1

Discovery

We dig into your numbers: income streams, entity structure, deductions, investment activity, and anything unusual in your financial picture.

We're hunting the gap between what you pay and what you should.

Stage 2

Tax Plan Delivery

We build your plan: a specific roadmap showing what changes, why, and what it saves. Real dollar figures, not a general strategy doc.

Nothing gets implemented without your sign-off.

Stage 3

Refinement & Finalization

We work through questions, adjust for anything that's changed, and finalize the plan. Most clients need one to two rounds.

Then everything is locked.

Stage 4

Ongoing Strategy

We stay on as your tax strategist, keeping estimated payments dialed in and updating the plan as your situation evolves. Filings included.

Never a surprise. Never an afterthought.

The Journey

WWTA connects to the full Working Wealthy Architecture. Whether you're coming in after 90 Days to Cash and Control or starting here, one thread runs through it.

Foundation
90 Days to Cash & Control

Installs Financial Command. Makes profit predictable.

You are here
Working Wealthy Tax Advantage

Redesigns how that profit moves through entities and into your pocket.

Phase II
Align

Gets your team running the model without you.

Phase III
Ascend

Makes the business optional. Wealth durable.

One thread. Not four disconnected advisors. We're the ones responsible for keeping the whole picture coherent.

Who This Is For

WWTA is built for a specific profile.

You're a fit if
  • Your personal income is in the seven figures: W-2, distributions, K-1s, or some combination.
  • You have at least one business entity and your structure hasn't been reviewed in the last 12 to 18 months.
  • Your annual tax bill is in the six figures and you've never had a proactive October conversation about what to do before December.
  • You make major financial decisions (investments, distributions, real estate, deal structures) without modeling the tax impact first.
  • You want one integrated relationship, not a CPA in one corner and a wealth manager in another.
  • You have a nagging sense you're "doing well" but leaving a lot on the table, and nobody's shown you where.
Not a fit yet if
  • Your income is primarily W-2 with limited entity complexity. The strategy moves available are limited.
  • You're not willing to implement. A plan that sits in a folder saves nothing.
  • You want compliance only. That's what your CPA is for.

What This Isn't

Not tax prep. Not compliance. Not a second opinion on your return. WWTA is the strategy layer your current setup is missing, and your CPA was never hired to fill it.

What Founders Say

"$215,758 in tax savings identified in year one."

Husband & Wife Operator, ~$2M Personal Take-Home

"We recouped our investment in the first 4 weeks. We should end up saving about 5x in year one."

Collin, Product Business, $10M+ Revenue

"This type of guidance our current CPA and bookkeeper were not able to provide. We now have a strategic plan for the upcoming year."

Kim, Real Estate

The Investment

Most WWTA engagements run between $7,500 and $25,000 for the initial plan.

The range depends on complexity: number of entities, income streams, investment activity, and how much restructuring actually makes sense.

We don't quote a number until we understand your situation.

What we can tell you is this: if we can't show you a credible path to at least 2x the fee in year-one savings, we'll tell you that before you spend a dollar.

The ongoing retainer (strategy, estimated payments, filings, and access) is scoped separately based on your needs.

How to Start

Two steps. No commitment until we've seen the numbers.

1

Tax Strategy Call

We get on a call, walk through your income picture, entity structure, and current tax situation. We tell you whether there's a real opportunity here and what it's roughly worth before you decide anything.

2

Engage & Build the Plan

If the numbers make sense, we build your Working Wealthy Tax Advantage plan. You see the full before and after before anything is implemented.

No application form. No homework before the call. Just a conversation about your numbers.

Every year you don't have a plan, you're not just tipping the IRS.

You're underpaying your future self.

Profit is Engineered. Wealth is Intentional. Freedom is Designed.
